From the outset, the Trust praised the professionalism, responsiveness, and patient-centred approach of the Outpatient Network team. Staff across all levels — from clinicians to service delivery managers — were consistently described as pleasant, communicative, and proactive.

Every issue we encountered was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner to ensure no disruption to patient care.

Clinician availability was excellent, and the team facilitated smooth and efficient weekend clinics. Feedback from families was overwhelmingly positive, with particular appreciation for the clinical team’s courteous and reassuring manner. It has been and continues to be a pleasure working in partnership with Outpatient Network. The team are visible and attentive and continue to delivery activity as planned. The Outpatient Network team have been determined to ensure the service has run as smoothly as possible, working hard to mimise disruption and cancellations, sometimes against all odds! What I personally like about working with the ON team, is that they retain a patient focus at the core of their operations, which can sometimes be lost with activity/KPI driven business.
