We have been lucky to have had excellent support from highly skilled Outpatient Network clinical staff coming in to work alongside substantive staff who have been onboarded. Their presence has generated really useful conversations in house regarding clinical protocol and pathways, which may help streamline our services and improve efficiency.
It has been and continues to be a pleasure working in partnership with Outpatient Network. The team are visible and attentive and continue to delivery activity as planned. The Outpatient Network team have been determined to ensure the service has run as smoothly as possible, working hard to mimise disruption and cancellations, sometimes against all odds! What I personally like about working with the ON team, is that they retain a patient focus at the core of their operations, which can sometimes be lost with activity/KPI driven business.
